Six real reviews and posts from victims who hired personal injury attorneys and walked away worse off.
“I've tried to reach Mercadez Zepeda in Houston TX who works on my daughter's case. Every time I have tried to get in contact with her with email or leaving a voicemail she doesn't reply. I've called her supervisor and left emails to Mr Ray Cantù as well, and the only time I got to speak to someone was when I drove up to the office. The case has been going on for over a year and I believe if I have left emails and voicemails someone should contact me back. I had knee surgery today.”

“I spoke with 3 different intake people — seemed very efficient and smooth at first but then all went to crap when the 'Case Manager' assigned to me, the point person Miss Djenaba Barry from Brooklyn, got involved. With an ego and an attitude bigger than the best and most successful lawyer in the world, absolutely no common sense — I mean ZERO — and empathy. I was pleading that I was in pain, time was of the essence and I needed to seek medical help… it did not register with her over 5 different conversations. I finally got pissed as I was really hurting and she gave me the 'Hey why are you so excited?'”

“Laura Tapia does not help — she transfers you to someone else. Then you get sent to someone else, then that person has to talk to someone else. I have no idea what is going on. All I get is a few email updates because I message them every week. They actually gave me until first week of November and now it's the 2nd week of December. I've closed this out since July and they're 'still trying to figure out how much to compensate me.' At this point I just want people to not write a good review because they ask you to — do it because they actually help you. So just warning everyone, think twice before you file a claim with them.”

“I am extremely disappointed in the correspondence with this company and the handling of my case. Lawyers extremely drag their feet on case and do not communicate with clients. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone — clear cut case and it's going on three years. Was rear-ended with my wife being pregnant and they still can't get a result. Pitiful on how they're handling this case with case worker Anna Sanchez and don't have a lawyer's name from Newburgh NY. Hearable service with no regard to clients — would not recommend this law firm not even to a stranger let alone to a friend.”

“My lawyer has completely dropped the ball on communication. I have reached out 3+ separate times with my new address, new insurance info, and local doctor suggestions to continue my care, but they ghost me for a month at a time. I haven't had a real update since late November and at this point, I am fed up and just want to drop the case entirely. Despite me having a broken ankle, they spent every session putting stim pads on my back and using an Amazon massage gun on my spine — yes, the doctor told me that's where he got it. The facility had no privacy, always smelled like weed, I was in a room with male patients and no curtains.”

“My personal injury attorney dropped my case 3.5 months before the statute of limitations is up — he had the case for a year. He never filed a legal case in California. I have reached out to at least 40 attorneys to try and take my case and no one will. Mostly, they claim there isn't enough time left for them to litigate. I found out that he is also licensed in real estate law and this property owner is a major stake holder in real estate. I believe he never should have agreed to take on my case and this is a conflict of interest. I have 18 days left to file anything.”
